  14. 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon Powder
  15. 1/2 tbsp Black Salt
  16. 1 1/2 tbsp Grinned Sugar
  17. 1/4 tbsp Asafoetida Powder
  18. 1/2 tbsp Salt
  19. 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  20. 1 tbsp Vinegar
  21. 1/2 cup Coriander

Steps to make to make Kaachiu(Dry Bhel)

  1. Take oil in pan,add puffed rice and sallow fry for 1 minute
  2. Take oil in pan,add flattened rice and sallow fry 1 minute
  3. Add fried puffed rice,flattened rice in mixing bowl and mix it
  4. Add peanut in mixing bowl
  5. Add all dry masala,grinned sugar and oil,mix it
  6. Add onion,tomato,green chilli,pomegranate
  7. Add lemon juice,vinegar
  8. Lastly add coriander and mix it
  9. Ready to eat
