- Now add oil and eno in batter. Mix well and pour it immediately into a greased thali and place in steamer..steam it for 15 min..insert knife and chk if it comes out clean it's ready. if not then steam 5 min more..
- Take out thali from steamer and let it cool for 10 min.cut into small squares. Heat oil in small pan.add mustard seeds, green chilli and curry leaves.saute for few seconds and pour this tempering on rava dhokla..garnish with coriander leaves and serve with green chutney.
